La Noria Residential Development

This development, now under construction, is 16 townhouse units in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende. The relatively low-density development is planned to take advantage of natural light and ventilation for each unit. The 16 homes are distributed around park-like central gardens and water features. The style is influenced by austere Spanish Colonial architecture with simple ornamentation. The neutral palette is designed to be universally appealing to a wide client base.
