Off Grid Ranch House

We imagined this house as a modern adaptation of a hacienda plan, with a central enclosed courtyard surrounded by areas for socializing and private zones for bedrooms. The house is completely off-grid and self-sufficient. Traditional materials of stone and adobe brick on the exterior and a modern open plan interior with subtle colonial details, gives the house a fresh take on traditional hacienda architecture.
